Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RunwayStar Pets ("RunwayStar", "we", "us", or "our"), including our app, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining account security and for all activity under your account.

2. Service Description

RunwayStar Pets provides AI-assisted tools that generate stylized images from photos and related user inputs.

3. User Content and Licenses

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, and display your content solely to operate, improve, and provide the Services.

You represent that you have all rights needed to upload your content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity.

Upload content you do not have permission to use.

Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the Services.

Bypass usage limits, credit controls, or security safeguards.

Use the Services to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.

5. Subscriptions, Credits, and Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription or credits. Pricing and features may change from time to time. Purchases made through app stores are governed by the store's billing terms, and subscription renewals and cancellations are managed through your store account.

Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable after the applicable billing period begins.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, branding, and design, are owned by RunwayStar or its licensors and protected by law. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Services.

7. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party providers (for hosting, payments, analytics, and related functionality). We are not responsible for third-party services, content, or policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RunwayStar and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RunwayStar and its affiliates from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms or where necessary to protect users, the Services, or legal compliance.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted, and continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
